Start on our Custom Order page. Submit the form and we’ll send a mockup and quote within 1–2 business days. Approve the design, pay the $50 deposit, and production takes about 1–2 weeks.

Most custom pieces are ready in 1–2 weeks after deposit and final approval. Rush may be possible—mention your date on the form.

A $50 deposit is due after you approve the mockup. It’s applied to your balance and becomes non-refundable once production starts.

Yes. Choose Direct Shipping (rates shown at invoice) or Pick Up at D Spot Clothing (Detroit). You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Standard sizes typically range from S–2XL. For oversized or extended sizing, note it on your custom request and we’ll confirm availability.

Absolutely. On the Custom Order form, turn on Personalization and add the name/number and any placement notes (chest, back, sleeves).

Yes — we offer team and group pricing. Include quantities, sizes, and deadline in your request for the best quote.

For certain drops, specs vary by design. If a product page doesn’t list materials, reach out via the contact form and we’ll confirm details before you order.

Non-custom items: returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days in new condition with tags.
Custom items: final sale after production begins. If there’s a workmanship issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Spot clean when possible. For deeper cleaning, professional dry clean is recommended. Avoid high heat on prints/patches.
